Our Workmanship Guarantee
All labor and workmanship performed by Olde Town Plumbing is covered by our 1-year workmanship guarantee. This means:
- If any work we perform fails due to defects in our installation or repair method within 1 year of the service date, we will return and make it right at no additional charge.
- This guarantee applies to all residential and commercial plumbing work, including installations, repairs, replacements, and repiping.
- It covers the labor and workmanship of Olde Town Plumbing technicians — not damage caused by third parties, homeowner modifications, or unrelated plumbing failures.
- To make a guarantee claim, simply call us at 830-446-5227 and describe the issue. We will schedule a return visit promptly.
Equipment & Parts Warranty
In addition to our workmanship guarantee, most plumbing fixtures, equipment, and parts installed by Olde Town Plumbing carry manufacturer warranties. We only install quality, name-brand products from reputable manufacturers.
Examples of manufacturer coverage on products we commonly install:
- Tank water heaters: typically 6–10 year tank warranty, 1–2 year parts
- Tankless water heaters: typically 10–15 year heat exchanger warranty, 1–5 year parts
-  Water softeners: typically 3–10 year manufacturer warranty depending on brand
- PEX piping (used in repiping): typically 25-year manufacturer warranty
We will provide you with all manufacturer warranty documentation at the completion of your job, and we keep records of all work performed so we can assist you with any warranty claims.

Does the guarantee cover parts and equipment?
Parts and equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we pass directly to you. We will provide all documentation at job completion and assist you with any claims.
What do I do if I have an issue with work that was done?
Call us at 830-446-5227. Describe the issue and we will schedule a return visit as quickly as possible. If the issue falls within our workmanship guarantee period, there is no charge for the return visit or repair.
Is this guarantee available for commercial plumbing work?
Yes. Our workmanship guarantee applies to both residential and commercial plumbing work performed by Olde Town Plumbing.
