Needed a Soft water system, Rob found the best unit for a great price. Fit me into his busy schedule and installed the unit. Installed professionally, looks like it came with the home. All the electrical and plumbing is barely noticeable. Clean and neat the way I like my garage. Will use Olde Town for all my plumbing needs, just hope it's not often.

Work done: house repipe; install hot water heater, faucets, toilets. Rob, Justin and the crew were fantastic. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and very customer-service focused. What I appreciated most, however, was the trust and confidence I had that the job would be done correctly by a professional: that is priceless.

I have used Rob Williams with Olde Town Plumbing on several occasions; both personally and by referring him to several of my real estate clients. I can honestly say you simply cannot go wrong with Rob and Olde Town Plumbing. He is so competent & experienced and always looks for the best solution for your needs, rather than his. He is prompt, very communicative, extremely knowledgeable & simply a good guy-when I need a plumber, there is no one else I need to call other than Rob and Olde Town Plumbing.

Thank you Rob Williams of Olde Town Plumbing for excellent service and professionalism. Rob assessed our situation and provided options to make an informed decision to replace our 14year old water heater, add an expansion tank, and replace a broken shower stem valve. The quality of work was exceptional. Veteran owned and operated, Olde Town Plumbing leads with values that are committed to honorable customer service. Thank you again Rob Williams. This is a company you can trust.

Cannot say enough!! Responsive, Professional, knowledgeable. Shower was stuck in the on position… called my usual company and they said they could show up in a few days! Called Rob and he came out quickly and didn’t charge me a fortune. Installed my water softener too.

Rob and his team were excellent. All of our questions were answered and the installation of a tankless water heater went flawlessly. We appreciate the honesty and professional services provided and are so pleased to have found a plumber for any future needs. We highly recommend Old Town Plumbing!
